You’ll see exactly what arrived and when — from wherever you are in the world.
5. Your package is stored securely — 90 days included on every plan

A Few Things to Know Before You Ship

Packages must be addressed to your full legal name on line 1, with Attn: Lock & Go on line 2. We share a building with other businesses, so both lines are required.

We accept all major carriers, including DHL, FedEx, UPS, Amazon, and more.

We do not accept medications, supplements, food, or beverages of any kind.

Maximum package size is 24" × 18" × 24" and 50 lbs. Furniture, appliances, and items requiring mechanical lifting cannot be accepted.

For international shipments, customs clearance is your responsibility. DHL and FedEx automatically handle customs for most international shipments.
